INVITATION TO BID SALE ON PUBLIC AUCTION
Notice is hereby served that the Provincial Government of Davao De Oro thru the COMMITTEE ON AWARDS FOR THE APPRAISAL AND DISPOSAL of Supplies, Properties, Livestock and Agri- Products located at the Provincial Capitol, Davao de Oro Province, will sell the following unserviceable construction and heavy equipment, motor vehicles and materials with appraised value offered per unit and by lot through PUBLIC AUCTION on November 16, 2023. Venue is at
Activity Hall, 2nd Floor, Left Wing, Executive Capitol Building, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao De Oro. Dropping of Bid Entries shall be from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Opening of bids shall start at 1:00 PM on the same date (Note: Bid box shall be closed at exactly 11:00 AM).

NOTE:
a. The above items can be inspected at the Provincial Capitol Compound, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao De
Oro.
b. The above articles will be sold through SEALED PUBLIC AUCTION. Your bid entries SHALL BE dropped in a bid box at the Disposal Committee Secretariat, PGSO, 3rd Floor, Left Wing, Executive Capitol Building, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro Province.
c. Bid Entries must be accompanied with a bid security in the form of Cash or Manager’s/Cashier’s Check.
Personal and certified checks shall not be accepted. Cash or Manager’s/Cashier’s Check in the amount equivalent to at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount of each item or bid amount of each lot. (“AS IS WHERE IS” basis).
d. Financial proposal and bid security must be enclosed in separate envelopes. Each envelope shall bear the bidder's name, address and the item/s or lot/s in which you are participating.
e. Bidders Forms are available at the Disposal Committee Secretariat, PGSO, 3rd floor, Left Wing, Executive Capitol Building, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao De Oro Province. For more details, please see the Disposal Committee Secretariat.
f. All commercial prospective bidders are required to submit documents for accreditation with non -refundable payment in the amount of Php 300 only.
g. All bidders are required to submit a certificate of inspection as part of the technical requirement to manifest that ocular visit was conducted prior to the submission of Bids.
h. The Award shall be given to the Highest Complying Bidder, provided the offer is not less than the appraised value of the property being sold. Bid proposal lower than the appraised value shall be automatically disqualified. The winning bidder should effect the full payment of his bid within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice of Award.
i. In case of unjustifiable refusal or failure of the winning bidder to accept the award price within five (5) days from the receipt of the official notice of the award, the bidder’s bond posted shall be forfeited in favor of the local government.
