Examination of quotations shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Quotation Forms can be obtained from the BAC Secretariat Office, 2^nd Floor, Right Wing, Executive Building, Provincial Capitol Complex, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.
