Examination of quotations shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria.  Quotation Forms can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat Office, Ground floor, Right Wing, Provincial Capitol Building, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province.

The Provincial Government of Compostela Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby, incurring any liability to the affected supplier or suppliers.
