*Composition and arrangement of Davao de Oro Jingle and Hym
*The recording of the DDO jingle song will be used in the campaign and advertising as a form of sound branding.
* This is to pave the way to renaming Compostela Valley to Davao de Oro and getting people to be accustomed to the new name.
* The Davao de Oro Hymn, replacing the Compostela Valley hymn, shall evoke feelings of patriotism and pride of the province.
* It shall embody the music culture that the people have learned to love.
* The recording of the songs include musical arrangement (drums, guitars, keys, percussions, etc.), and band/musicians, main, vocalists, choirs (soprano, alto, tenor bass, etc).
* The arrangement also includes recording, mixing, editing sessions and track mastering in the recording studio or production house.

Examination of quotations shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Quotation
